Multi-Organ Localization in CT Scans

Multi-label CNN for detecting bounding boxes of multiple organs simultaneously in thorax-abdomen CT scans. Published in Physics in Medicine & Biology (Vol. 63, No. 8). Achieved efficient organ detection in 2D projections as a fast preprocessing stage for downstream segmentation.
